Pasighat
Known as the gateway of Arunachal Pradesh, Pasighat appeals travellers with its sparkling views of mountain peaks, flora and fauna. The mighty Brahmaputra River enchants visitors.

Along
Dwelling in natural splendor, Along is the oldest town here. The hill station offers a delightful escape to tourists who wish to relax from the scorching heat of the plains. People can enjoy river rafting, trekking, hiking and fishing. The Hanging Bridge is another add on.

Itanagar
Being the capital city, it houses various enchanting attractions. Ita Fort dates back to the 14th century.  A famous shrine, Buddha Vihar is a must visit. Itanagar Sanctuary, Polo Park, Jawaharlal Nehru Museum and Ganga Lake are other spots to visit.

Bomdila Monastery
It is a religious site for people who want to meditate. Developed in 1965, it shelters the Buddhist Lamas and monks. Housing a Buddha temple inside, it preaches Mahayana Buddhism.

Wildlife
The state offers a rich wildlife that includes various endangered species like Mishmi, Hisbid Hare, Musk Deer, Takin, Gibbon and Flying Squirrel. You can head to Itanagar Sanctuary, Dr D Ering Memorial Wildlife Sanctuary, Eagle Nest Wildlife Sanctuary, Pakhui Sanctuary and Sessa Orchid Sanctuary.

Adventure
There is bounty of nature’s wonder including forests, rivers, hills and plains providing ample opportunity. Travellers can enjoy trekking, rafting, angling and boating.
